- If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial burden for the guest and entails the return of 100% of any deposit by Terra Relaxa.
- In case of cancellation on arrival, during the stay, or for no-show at Terra Relaxa, the guest will be charged 100% of the stay based on their reservation.
- In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, fires or other serious external factors beyond the guest's control, Terra Relaxa is required to refund 100% of any deposit.
Untimely Payment of Deposit
The reservation is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been paid. In case of late payment, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
BASIC RULES OF ACCOMMODATION
1. Additional Guests
For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests, no additional persons are allowed to enter or stay in the apartment or in the common areas (including the swimming pool) without prior approval from the property. In the event of a breach of this rule, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay and charge the full amount.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By depositing the deposit, the guest is deemed to have accepted all of the above terms of accommodation and cancellation.
3. Quiet Hours
For the comfort of all guests and respect for the neighborhood, please observe the quiet hours:
- Noon: 15:00 - 17:30
- Evening: 23:00 - 08:00
Failure to comply may result in a warning or even early departure from the accommodation.
4. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
5. Damage & Breakage
Any damage or deterioration within the accommodation or public areas should be reported immediately. In cases of severe damage, the guest may be liable for the corresponding restoration costs.
6. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please maintain cleanliness during your stay. Waste should be disposed of in the bins provided. Excessive clutter may incur an additional cleaning charge.
7. Use of Pool & Common Areas
Use of the pool is permitted only to registered guests and in accordance with the safety rules posted in the area. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is only allowed in outdoor areas designated for this purpose. In case of non-compliance, there is a possibility of an additional cleaning charge.
9. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00 - 23:30
- Check-out: until 12:00
Please strictly adhere to these times in order to facilitate the preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests. Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
